It’s pretty easy to write a testimonial on using R-50 Solutions to supply our Logix blocks for our new house! We have just finished our basement using this system and the support from Ken was beyond our expectations. In researching the different systems available we decided on Logix blocks from R-50 Solutions for a number of reasons. They were incredibly professional and accurate in the quotes, they could provide everything we needed to complete the project and we had confidence that they would deliver everything they said they would, and they did. The technical support was the last deciding reason that we chose R-50 Solutions. Ken was available to us by phone at any time, and got back to us immediately with answers, plus he provided on site, hands on assistance through out the whole set up when ever we required it. The result is we have a terrific system, that went together well, and there were no hidden surprises. Hi Ken,  We thought we would send you a note to tell you how happy we are with the Logix foundation we did for our home and workshop. As you are aware, we built our house foundation out of Logix, and we also built the workshop with Logix, right up to the roof. Yesterday it was 36 C outside the workshop and inside it was 14C. The house basement is the same, cool in summer and warm in winter. We are very pleased with your product and if we were to do it all over again, we would not hesitate using your product.

Ken, just a note to let you know how much I enjoyed the recent workshop in Westbank.  As a class of "students" we were fortunate to have such a diverse class, from contractors to curious home builders to the experienced installers. It created a good air in the class room. I am fully convinced that this is the way to build nowadays, and I have become a spokesman to speak of whenever I discuss this with the critics.

As my wife and I continue on our adventure of planning our new home I am very interested in the Logix system. Thanks again, and I am looking forward to using your product!

It certainly was a good day when we wandered into the Kirschner Mountain subdivision where a Logix basement was being assembled. The positive comments about your service and the product convinced me that I should seriously consider using Logix in the construction of my new home.

I am now one of the satisfied customers who will attest to the quality of your service. Your service was professional and exemplary, as your frequent checks on the installation progress through personal visits to the job site exceed the expectations of any builder.

The home is just at the lock-up stage, so it is too early to report what it is like living in an ICF home. I'd be happy to talk to potential customers about the framing experience with LOGIX, and after we move into the house, to share information about the savings on energy bills.

We had the opportunity to meet Ken from LOGIX when we were building our new home near Westbank. His service was wonderful, he gave us a lot of good advice, and he was always available if we needed to consult with him.

We are very happy  with the results.  We have no air conditioning in the home but we found that even in the hot summer weather, the house stayed cool and comfortable.

Hi Ken, We were talking at the home show about your product.  My husband and I built our house out of I.C.F’s.  We absolutely love our house and would never build with anything else.  Being a teacher, I bring home every “bug” imaginable and my family is rarely sick.  I believe this is because we live in this type of house. We are not breathing in all the typical things associated with wood frame construction:  such as mold within the wall cavities, fiberglass insulation, dust etc.  I also believe that having an air exchanger contributes to our well being.  Furthermore, our heating and cooling bills are minimal (when you compare other houses the same size) as our house retains heat and cool air longer.   When you walk into our house it just feels different.  I can’t describe it, but the air is just cleaner.  Now, this may have to do with the fact that we have an air exchanger, but I think it is more than that.  In addition, we live by the airport and we barely hear the planes compared to our neighbors.  Lastly, we know that this house will likely be the only one standing if we have another wild fire and it will be the only one standing 300 years from now!

It is always a pleasure working with you and the LOGIX product you sell is excellent. We like the full package you provide – great product, combined with your experience, construction knowledge, practical advice and support. Any issues we have had with ICF construction have been due to human error – typically inexperience on the part of our sub-trades or framers attempting to rush the work. You have always been there to problem solve and offer suggestions on how to avoid issues. Given the proper pre-construction preparation and the work of experienced sub trades, ICF construction is a superior form of construction on all levels.
